Umbretum Semi Seco (Half Dry)

Its presents Straw- colored, scent of patisserie, ripped apple, citrus bitter lemon and orange. Fresh sharpness taste, citrus retro- nasal intensity, with a light bitterness which make it persistent.
Elaborated according to traditional method and based on “Garrido fino” grape juice (native grape of Aljarafe area of Seville), this wine after its fermentation takes its characteristics when bottled. Totally free of genetic modified products, this production was made on January 2013 and opened on November same year.

Recommended to serve between 4º – 9º
Alcohol. – 14’5% Vol

– Fish and seafood could be the perfect combination with an Umbretum Family reserve
– A king prawns mousse, as an example, could be a very good option with this sparkling wine.
