Don Curro

Breeding wine.
Don Curro, varietal wine “Pedro Ximenez”. Once fermented, it stays for years of aging in centenaries boots where it reaches its finesse and elegance.
In light is amber with mahogany trim and smell, its toasted notes and aromas of nuts recall the hardwood. The palate is tasty and very structured, with a very elegant finish drying.

Recommended to serve between 14º and 16º
Alcohol. – 15% vol.

Ideal for stews, game and red meats, tunny fishery’s tuna and mushrooms.
